Integration Meditation Practice with Peer Mentor - due February 5th, 2025

With your peer mentor, take turns guiding each other through the Integration meditation. After each person has practiced, have a conversation together about the purpose or role of the Integration Meditation in the Mindful Grieving process.

  • After your peer mentorship call, journal about what you noticed in this meditation.

  • Write a reflection paper that expresses your understanding of the role of the Integration Meditation in the Mindful Grieving process.


Strengths & Learning Edges Reflection - due February 5th, 2025

  • Write a reflection paper that expresses at least 2 of your current strengths and learning edges as you understand them at the end of Module 3.

  • Next, offer a reflection for yourself for each point using the following group facilitation tools:

    • Reflect

    • Validate

    • Reflect the potential


Home Practice 

Minimum practice of 3 days  a  week. Please journal after each practice to reflect on your experience. Please note, journal entries do not need to be turned into your cohort facilitator. This is for you!
