The Center for Somatic Grieving offers a 50-hour prerequisite yoga teacher training that is customized to offer non-certified yoga instructors a foundational understanding of yoga principles and asana in preparation for the Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Program.

This training focuses on the primary skills needed to guide students safely through the asana portion of the Mindful Grieving curriculum and offers a hands-on, personalized introduction to the yogic principles and practices of supporting others through the journey of loss.
