Live Contact Hours in the Classroom = 85 hours

  • January 18th - 25th, 2025 - 8:30am - 3:30pm

  • March 15th - 20th, 2025 - 8:30am - 3:30pm


Video Webinars & Practices = 15 hours


Home Practice & Journaling = 40 hours

  • Create a space in your home for your spiritual practice

  • Meditate / Journal / Yoga Practice


Mindful Grieving 6 Week Group = 12 hours

  • Weekly Mindful Grieving class that meets virtually February 4th - March 11th, 2025 from 5:30 - 7:30pm mst


Reading Assignments & Self-Reflection Papers = 25 hours

All reading/writing assignments must be turned in to Wendy via email by March 10th, 2025

Peer Mentorship = 3 hours

  • Peer Mentor Check-Ins - 45 min for each person’s share

    • Use reflective listening and other facilitation guidelines as the listener for each call

    • Use this as a time to share your process and receive feedback and support from your peer


Practicum = 20 hours

  • Teaching = 12 hours

  • Setup = 3 hours

  • Video & Reflection Paper = 5 hour


Home Practice 

Minimum practice of 3 days  a  week. Please journal after each practice to reflect on your experience. Please note, journal entries do not need to be turned into your cohort facilitator. This is for you!
