Integration Meditation Practice with Peer Mentor - due March 10th, 2025
With your peer mentor, take turns guiding each other through the Integration meditation. After each person has practiced, have a conversation together about the purpose or role of the Integration Meditation in the Mindful Grieving process.
After your peer mentorship call, journal about what you noticed in this meditation.
Write a reflection paper that expresses your understanding of the role of the Integration Meditation in the Mindful Grieving process.
Strengths & Learning Edges Reflection - due March 10th, 2025
Write a reflection paper that expresses at least 2 of your current strengths and learning edges as you understand them at the end of Module 3.
