Payment Terms and Registration:

The Participant agrees to pay the entire elected program fee according to the outlined payment terms. This fee is binding and due as specified. No refunds are available, even if the Participant misses sessions or does not complete the program. To reserve a space in the program, the Participant must sign this agreement and fulfill the payment requirement.
Attendance Policy:

In cases of emergency, illness, or other circumstances necessitating absence from the program, the Participant agrees to promptly inform Wendy or CSG regarding their attendance status.
Refund Policy and Program Termination Conditions:

CSG reserves the right to terminate a Participant's involvement at any time for any reason, at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Participant will receive a pro rata refund of the program fee. If the Participant withdraws from the program for any reason, no refund will be issued, and any remaining unpaid fee becomes immediately due.
Health and Participation Warranty:

The Participant confirms they have no health conditions that could be negatively impacted by involvement in the Program. The Participant understands that the Program is not therapeutic in nature and no medical claims have been made by CSG or its associates.
Risk Acceptance and Facility Use:

Participation in the Program, and use of CSG's facilities, services, and equipment, is at the Participant's own risk. The Participant understands and accepts all associated risks.
Liability Release and Risk Assumption:

The Participant releases CSG and its representatives from any claims or actions for loss, damage, or injury arising from their participation in the Program. This includes incidents during travel to and from the Program, regardless of the transportation mode.
Binding Effect on Legal Representatives:

This agreement binds the Participant and their legal representatives, including spouses, heirs, executors, and administrators, regarding any claims related to this activity.
Intellectual Property and Usage Intent:

The Participant acknowledges that all materials and content used during the Program remain the exclusive property of the Sponsor and/or Facilitators. The Participant agrees not to retain, publish, disseminate, or use these materials outside the Program.
Intellectual Property and Usage Restriction Agreement:
I acknowledge and agree that all material (with the exception of what the Participant offers to the Program) used during the Program is and shall remain the sole property of the Sponsor and/or Facilitators exclusively for their own use and that the Participant’s retention, publication, dissemination or use (other than within the Program) of any such materials is prohibited. Materials are defined as both physical and/or digital materials such as forms, images, and guides, as well as the formula and/or content of the program itself, including but not limited to the facilities, staff, and program elements.
Certification & License Restrictions
The Participant understands and agrees that this training program offers certification and licensure to teach the Method of the Mindful Grieving curriculum explicitly as a group program, including the Mindful Grieving 6 Week Program, Mindful Grieving 6 Month Program, Mindful Grieving 9 Month Program, and Community Circles. The facilitator shall not teach the Methods as a retreat, intensive, immersion, workshop, or training. The facilitator shall not disclose the training program course materials to any participant, other Facilitator, or any third party.
Permission for Educational Recording:
The Participant consents to CSG and the facilitator recording (audio and visual) each class for educational purposes. These recordings will not be publicly disseminated.
Comprehensive Agreement and Waiver Acknowledgment:

The Participant has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by this agreement, including the release and waiver of liability. Any invalid portion under state law does not affect the remainder of the agreement.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law:

This document contains the entire understanding between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
