Journaling Questions:
Take a moment to close your eyes, draw your attention inside of yourself and notice what it feels like to sit in your own skin. Experiencing yourself from the inside/out, what does your essence, inner light or spark feel like? This is an inner resource!
Take a moment to free write about the qualities, strengths, attributes that you possess, which keep you going when you are feeling sad, lonely, fearful, angry, etc…
