Week 2 - Cultivating Inner and Outer Resources

Journal Prompts

  1. Journaling Questions:

    • Take a moment to close your eyes, draw your attention inside of yourself and notice what it feels like to sit in your own skin.  Experiencing yourself from the inside/out, what does your essence, inner light or spark feel like?  This is an inner resource!

    • Take a moment to free write about the qualities, strengths, attributes that you possess, which keep you going when you are feeling sad, lonely, fearful, angry, etc…

    • What are your inner resources?  What do they look like?  Feel like? How do you access your inner resources?

    • What are your outer resources?  What do they look like?  Feel like? How do you access your outer resources?
